How Multi-Site adds up. $139 a month for each building, minimum two. A two-building campus is $278 a month against $338 for two Single Site plans; four buildings are $556. Each building gets its own plan, its own ICS chart and its own call tree, and you get one page showing where all of them stand.
An honest note about activation. Phone calls and text messages cost real money, so activation minutes are metered. Starter writes, prints and exports your plan but does not place calls; from Single Site up, every plan includes enough for regular drills and the incidents an organization your size actually has, and beyond that you are billed at our carrier cost with no markup. We would much rather you drill often than ration minutes.
More than 300 people in one building. Single Site is sized for 300 people on site at the busiest hour. A distribution center, a plant, or a large sanctuary can go past that without adding a building — so add people instead. Each block of up to 500 additional people is $79 a month, up to 2,000 people on site, and every block adds 150 activation minutes a year. A 1,000-person site is $327 a month. Past 2,000 people, or a site with many separate spaces, is a Network conversation: we come out, walk the site, and quote it properly.
What nobody has to pay extra for.
We do not put life-safety features behind an upgrade. If an organization can afford Emergency Safety Planning at all, they get the whole plan.
